自从2008年Aoki等[1]首次介绍ICG荧光引导下肝段以及亚肝段肿瘤切除术至今,ICG荧光显像技术在精准肝肿瘤切除术中的研究与应用日益增多并完善。尤其是近年来实时荧光导航系统的出现使得ICG荧光实时导航精准肝肿瘤切除术得以顺利开展,这进一步加速了肝肿瘤精准外科手术的发展[2,3]。基于60年来ICG排泄率实验在肝功能评估中的安全应用[4],ICG在肝肿瘤切除术中应用的安全性已毋庸置疑。本文重点探讨ICG荧光引导技术在精准肝肿瘤手术应用中的优势及目前存在的不足,并进一步总结分析未来临床研究的方向与任务。
