目的

探讨自行设计的磁锚定装置在减Trocar腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中应用的安全性和可行性。

方法

以6只健康雄性Beagle犬为动物模型,利用自行设计的磁锚定装置,采用两孔法行LC。记录手术操作时间、术中出血量,评价利用磁锚定装置进行胆囊切除时操作的安全性和可行性。

结果

6只Beagle犬在磁锚定装置的辅助下均顺利完成了两孔法LC。磁锚定内置抓钳能牢固夹持胆囊壁,未出现滑脱及撕伤胆囊壁现象。在体外锚定磁体的牵拉下能充分显露术野,维持足够的组织张力,满足腹腔镜下的分离、电凝等操作要求。平均手术时间(38±6)min,术中出血量均<10 ml。术后1周内实验犬状态恢复良好,未出现手术相关并发症。

结论

磁锚定装置在实验犬两孔法LC中应用方便、安全可行。

Objective

To evaluate the safety and feasibility of self-designed magnetic anchoring device in reduced-Trocar laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).

Methods

Six healthy male Beagle dogs were used as animal models. Two-port LC was performed by using a self-designed magnetic anchoring device. The operative time and intraoperative blood loss were recorded. The safety and feasibility of operations assisted by magnetic anchoring device were evaluated.

Results

Two-port LC assisted by magnetic anchoring device was successfully completed in 6 Beagle dogs. The magnetic anchoring built-in grasping forceps could firmly grasp the gallbladder wall without slippage or tearing the gallbladder wall. Under the traction of anchored magnet in vitro, the operation field could be fully exposed, and sufficient tissue tension could be maintained to meet the requirements of separation, electrocoagulation and other procedures under the laparoscope. The mean operation time was (38±6) min, and intraoperative blood loss was less than 10 ml. At postoperative 1 week, the Beagle dogs recovered well with no postoperative complications.

Conclusion

Magnetic anchoring device is convenient, safe and feasible in two-port LC in dog models.
