胆总管结石是临床的常见疾病,多数患者伴有黄疸。本文介绍了伴有黄疸的胆总管患者的胆汁动力学和无伴黄疸患者的胆汁动力学。分析了胆总管结石不出现黄疸的原因主要是胆汁动力学未完全受阻,胆汁可通过结石边缘或胆石中的缝隙(也称沙石滤过效应)流入十二指肠。

Choledocholithiasis is a common disease in clinical practice. Most patients are complicated with jaundice. In this article, bile dynamics between patients with and without jaundice were illustrated. The reason why choledocholithiasis patients are not complicated with jaundice was that bile dynamics was not completely blocked, and bile could flow into the duodenum through the edges of stones or gaps among stones (also known as sand filtration effect).
